- Guy Stevens is no stranger to hard work! Before coming to Northeast Ohio, Guy experienced 10 years in the business world before serving as a church planter in New England. While serving there with his family, they planted two churches.
- Guy serves as the Executive Director for both NEO360 and LAUNCH school. He provides the day-to-day leadership for the NEO360 staff as well as being a visionary for the future. Along with NEO360, Guy also serves as a primary facilitator for LAUNCH school; a nine month residency program for the training of emerging leaders.
- Guy is a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Donna, have five children and are passionate about seeing The Great Commission realized for Northeast Ohio, Ohio, America and the World for Jesus! In a recent interview, Guy said that for the last part of his life he wanted to be used by God to train emerging leaders to be a catalyst for a city-reaching movement through prayer, compassionate service and planting Kingdom-advancing churches.

Matt Jones
Media and Communications Specialist

- Matt Jones serves as the media and communications specialist for NEO360. He holds a bachelors of arts in Visual Communication and Design as well as a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton, OH. He focuses on building and maintaining websites as well as doing graphic and logo design. His passion is to see the church use visual communication to effectively share what God is doing in the world today.
- Matt has been around church planting ever since his conversion. He has served on staff at three church plants as well as served as a Nehemiah Church Planter for the North American Mission Board. He also oversees the administrative aspects of Launch.
- He is married to his wife Stacy, and they share two beautiful daughters, Joanna and Evelyn.
