Fill out the following form to sponsor one or more of the 18 holes for the NEO360 Tee it Up! event.
Sponsors receive the following:

  • A sign at the beginning of the hole with their business name
  • A section in the Sponsor Profile booklet handed out to all attendees

$100 per hole
