    • John G. Bartels is President and CEO of Independent Advisors, Inc, a wealth management firm based in Independence, Ohio. John has over 15 years of wealth management experience, working with clients to develop sound strategies to grow, protect and transfer wealth. John mainly serves high net worth individuals, successful doctors and small business owners.


      John’s focus on doctors has given him an in-depth understanding of their unique earning, spending and savings patterns. He offers them a sophisticated strategy; providing financial, tax and asset-protection planning.


      John is a graduate of John Carroll University and is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, past Chair of their Finance Committee, and a Trustee of the Shaker Charitable Trust. He is a supporter of Fieldstone Farms Therapeutic Riding Center as well as many other worthy charities.

      Bruce Bechhold founded Multiform Industries in 1971 that sold rubber, plastic and metal fabricated products to the marine and heavy trucking industries. He had several small joint ventures in Southeast Asia giving him a very strong sales experience.


      Bruce served as a member of the board of directors of Bicron Corporation, Newbury, OH, for 12 years. Bicron is the largest manufacturer of sodium iodine crystals in the world. They are used to detect radiation in CT scanners and nuclear medicine equipment, defense and oil exploration. He received the highest sales presentation award from IBM, Lexmark Division.


      He is one of the Catalysts in founding the Northeast Ohio Roundtable; a conservative group of people throughout Ohio that has helped restore traditional values to the political arena. They are on a daily radio program airing on several radio stations throughout Ohio and neighboring states called “The Public Square.”


      Bruce has a BS in Finance from Villanova University, Villanova Business School. He is also the co-founder of Wind River Power Company




      Rick Duncan is currently serving as pastor/teacher at Cuyahoga Valley Church (CVC). Rick and his wife, Maryanne, along with one other couple started the church in 1987. God has graced CVC with over 2,000 attenders each weekend at 5 services. Rick says, "I thank God for the gifted staff and volunteers I serve with at CVC. Jesus has done great things for us. To Him alone be the glory."


      Before becoming a pastor, Rick served 4 years on staff of the FCA in Jacksonville, Florida. Rick graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in 1986. He was ordained by the Far Hills Church in Dayton, Ohio in 1987. A graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, Rick was a 4-year letterman on the baseball team. He earned All-SEC honors 3 times as an outfielder. Rick was drafted by the Minnesota Twins and spent 5 years playing professional baseball in pursuit of his dream to make it to the major leagues.


      His dream now is to "help people grow to be passionate followers of Christ." Rick is still in love with his wife, Maryanne. He enjoys spending time with his three sons, Alan, Ryan, and Evan. And he is the proud father-in-law of Joanna, Alan's bride.

      Dan Ferrara

      Dan Ferrara is currently the General Manager for Telcon Incorporated. Telcon is a contract manufacturer supplying critical CNC machined components, electro-mechanical assemblies and custom radiation shielding products primarily to manufacturers of medical diagnostic imaging equipment.


      Dan has a bachelor degree in business from University of the Pacific and an MBA from Cleveland State University. He has worked in manufacturing since graduating from UOP, primarily in sales, new business development and organizational development.


      Dan and his wife Shannon enjoy spending time with their son, Owen.





      Don Highlander is President of ArchiComp Inc. an architectural firm specializing in church design. Mr. Highlander has assisted churches for thirty-five years designing over 300 churches in several states, Russia and Japan. Many of his designs are constructed with volunteer labor saving churches hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.

      Steve Neptune acknowledged Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior on September 16, 1973, at the age of 20, while a student at Kent State University. In 1978, he helped to establish the Community of Believers Christian Church in Kent where he served as part of the pastoral team until 1993 when he was called to serve the network of churches with which he was affiliated and as one of its Directors, Steve provides extra-local oversight to several congregations in the Northeastern Ohio area.


      In 1998, Steve, along with other area Christian leaders, helped establish HarvestNet Institute and serves on the board and faculty of this "regional equipping ministry for worldwide harvest." In the tradition of C. S. Lewis and Francis Schaeffer, Steve has a passion to present the Truth claims of the Christian worldview in a relevant way to his generation.

      Pastor Steve and his wife Sylvia live in Bainbridge, Ohio and have five adult children and three wonderful grandchildren.

      Rich Profant is the owner of Omega One, a manufacturer of stainless steel hydraulic fittings. He was also the national sales manager/project manager for Parker Hannifin Corp in stainless steel fittings and special projects. Rich graduated from Cedarville University in 1974 with a degree in business management and a minor in Bible.


      Rich enjoys working with the homeless at The City Mission and Haven of Rest, working with youth, going on various mission trips and serving on the missions board at Cuyahoga Valley Church


      Rich is married to Jennifer Profant and has two wonderful children, Sean and Nicole.

      Tom Hare Tom has been a board member of NEO360 since its inception. Vocationally he serves as the Executive Director of HarvestNet Ministries (which includes the HarvestNet Leadership Group, the ASAP outreach to area schools – a collaborative work with YFC Cleveland, and HarvestNet Institute.)


      HarvestNet is a cross-denominational network of relationship and purpose for Kingdom-minded church and business leaders committed to regional spiritual awakening, evangelism and transformation in NE Ohio. Tom has served in vocational ministry since 1969 as a campus minister, overseas missionary, church planter and pastor, as well as on numerous boards over the years.


      Tom’s greatest loves are the Lord Jesus, his wife, Rachel, and his children who “make his father’s heart glad”.
