NEO360 believes in training and equipping leaders through Launch, our emerging leadership network. In order to transform a city and advance the Kingdom of God, we need indigenous leaders who will be a catalyst for a global city-reaching movement.Our leaders embody the four aspects of our vision statement:

Process of a Leader
The process for leaders in NEO360 begins by detecting a leader who starts the online assessment process. Upon completion, they are developed through Launch, coaching, and formal assessment. We believe this process helps to deploy a healthy church planter which will produce a healthy church.Detect

Leaders are identified and assessed through on online assessment process. If a leader assesses at a mid to high yellow, they are asked to complete the rest of the online assessment. Upon completion, they will have an initial meeting with Guy to discuss their assessment.

Leadership Development through training and coaching

Development of leaders happens through practical training through Launch as well as
spiritual development through coaching. Leaders are introduced to the coaching culture as they begin Launch to start exposing them to Godly leadership that ensures they are being poured into as they are pouring into others. Once a leader is formally assessed, they are assigned an official coach and possibly other shadow coaches that have gone through the coaching process.

Completion of Launch to start a church

Upon completion of Launch, leaders are deployed to start a church and formally implement all aspects of their training. Coaches continue to pour into the lives of the leader and connect them to the resources of the broader coaching network to ensure a healthy church and a healthy leader.
